We've taken great care in selecting incredible children's toys that will (we hope) entertain, educate and empower. We love each and every one—and sincerely hope you will, too. If for any reason you aren't 100% pleased with any product you receive, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date and we'll gladly refund the full cost of the item-no questions asked.
Please note: shipping and gift wrapping charges cannot be refunded (unless it was our mistake).
Please fill out the return/exchange form on the back of your original packing slip. If this piece of paper has been misplaced, just jot a quick note to let us know what you'd like us to do regarding your return. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number and email address.
If you have a moment, please provide a brief explanation of the reason for your return. It'll help us to do better next time.
Securely package the item(s) to be returned so it travels safely.

Returns will be promptly handled upon their arrival in our warehouse. Look for an exchange or cash refund to arrive within a few short weeks. Credit card refunds require a bit more time—but should appear in your next billing cycle.
If you need to return a gift, please note that we're unable to issue a refund to anyone other than the person who originally placed the order. You may request a Mulberry Toys Gift Certificate or exchange by indicating that the item was a gift. Be sure to include the name and address of the person who placed the order with Mulberry Toys.
