In order to make the cut, a toy must not only entertain a child, it must also educate or empower them. There’s one exception to this rule…we will also include items that are truly embraceable…after all, a good hug is worth more than just about any toy in the world.

We love this game! With Top Spot, kids won’t know they’re developing critical thinking and visualization skills; they’ll just know they’re having fun. It's Tic-Tac-Toe with a twist. Top Spot is simple: Be the first to get three spots in a row. But it's a lot more challenging than it sounds. Unique cards allow your opponent to cover your spots and delete your dots. No two games are ever the same!

teacher's tip
When playing a game that involves score keeping, don’t just settle for a single point per achievement. Start teaching your child basics of multiplication by allowing each score to be worth 2 points, 5 points, or 10 points. It’s an easy way to teach multiples without a long drawn out math lesson that would probably be just a little boring.
